Movie tickets and summertime go hand in hand. I have searched far and wide and found 8 ways to save money on movie tickets, from FREE to CHEAP.

1. Every Tuesday and Wednesday from June 15th through August 11th, 2010, Regal Cinemas will have a FREE Family Film Festival showing selected G and PG movies.

Here is a list of Regal Cinemas www.regmovies.com/nowshowing/familyfilmfestivalschedule.aspx

When you search for your local Regal Cinema, (choose select a state), you will see the specific schedule for your theater.

HERE is the list of some  the FREE movies:

Charlotte’s Web (G)

Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs (PG)

Wallace and Gromit (G)

Monsters vs Aliens (PG)

Curious George (G)

Jonah: A Veggie Tales Movie (G)

Seating is first- come first- served and is limited to the number of seats in the theater.

2. KGB Deals offers movie tickets for $4.00 in selected major cities. You purchase the tickets online and they are mailed to you. They are valid in the following movie theaters: AMC, Loew’s, Cineplex Odean, Magic Johnson, and Star. Canadian theaters are excluded and there may be an additional charge for 3D or IMAX movies. You can check the website for more details for the city nearest you:

Atlanta
Boston
Chicago
New York City
Philadelphia
San Francisco
Washington DC

3. You can pre-purchase discounted movie tickets to most of the major theater chains at  Bulktix. Participating theater chains are AMC, Cinemark, Cobb, Landmark, Bowtie, Pacific Theaters and Regal Entertainment Group.

There are two types of discounted movie tickets available for purchase, a Value ticket which has some restrictions and an Ultimate ticket which has no restrictions and no blackout dates. A Value ticket at AMC theaters will cost you $7.49 and an Ultimate Ticket at AMC theaters will cost you $8.99.

The website is easy to navigate and understand but the FAQ’s section needs some work. I search every day to find bargains, discounts and free services for the readers of iChurchNetwork.com.
