Cancel Items from an Order
You can cancel your order for any item sold by Ichurcnetwork.com, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Once you've reached the order summary, click the "Need to cancel an item?" button. On the next page, click the checkbox next to any item you want to cancel. Be sure to click the "Cancel checked items" button when you are finished.
If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.

Canceling Orders From an Ichurcnetwork Merchant
We cannot assist you in canceling any orders you have placed from any Ichurcnetwork Merchant. Instead, please contact the seller directly by viewing their details through the order summary page in your account.

Canceling Gift Certificates
Orders for e-mail and paper gift certificates cannot be canceled through Your Account. If you wish to proceed with a cancellation request for such an order, please use the 'Contact Us' box on the right side of this page to let us know how you would like to change your order. We will do our best to fulfill your request.
