Refunds
You
should expect to receive
your refund within four
weeks of giving your
package to the return
shipper, however, in
many cases you will
receive a refund more
quickly. This time period
includes the transit
time for us to receive
your return from the
shipper (5 to 10 business
days), the time it takes
us to process your return
once we receive it (3
to 5 business days),
and the time it takes
your bank to process
our refund request (5
to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via
e-mail of your refund
once we've received
and processed the returned
item.
Items that are opened
or returned more than
30 days after delivery
will receive a partial
refund. See our Refunds

Refunds
Partial Refunds will
be issued for the following
items:
Most items that are
returned more than
30 days after delivery
Any item that has
obvious signs of use
Any opened laptop
or desktop computer.
A 15% restocking fee
will apply
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape,
software, video game,
cassette tape, or
vinyl record that
has been opened/taken
out of its plastic
wrap. (If you discover
that the item is defective
after the package
is opened, a full
refund or replacement
will still be granted)
Any item not returned
in the condition it
was received
