W-9 Tax Form
 

In order to be eligible for payments, users MUST complete the required W-9 tax form located on Career Page.

In accordance with U.S. tax law and IRS regulations, we need you to file a W-9 form with I Church Network, LLC, so that we can report income generated through IChurchNetwork.com.

 
Receiving Funds

All disbursements, including direct deposits as well as checks will be initiated on the 20th of every month that you are eligible for payment. If the 20th falls on a bank holiday or weekend, the payment will be initiated on the first business day following the holiday.

 
Payment Options

Pay me by check
($70.00 minimum earnings. Note a $10 processing fee will be applied to all Associates with US addresses when choosing this option. Funds will be dispersed to the address defined on Associates: Edit Member Profile Page.)

Pay me by direct deposit
To select this option, you must submit your bank account details located on Bank Account Settings ($10.00 minimum earnings * Only available in US)

Direct Deposit payments are a completely secure way to get paid and they reach your bank account 3-7 days faster than via paper checks through the mail.

 
What is Direct Deposit?

Direct Deposit is a method used to transfer funds from one bank account to another bank account, eliminating the use of paper checks. It is widely used by all the largest banks and corporations because it is more efficient and secure than payment by paper checks.

 
Are there any restrictions?

If your bank or financial institution is not located within the United States, you are not eligible for Direct Deposit of your payments to your account. In addition, your bank must have a routing number.

 
Why must my financial institution be in the United States?

IChurchNetwork.com can only disburse payments using US dollars, and the systems we use are only set up to handle payments within the United States. Please note that the cost to transfer funds outside of the United States is prohibitively expensive at this time.

There are several advantages to choosing to be paid by direct deposit instead of by check:
- The minimum payment threshold for direct deposit is only $10, compared to $70 for checks.
- We deduct a $10 processing fee from all monthly checks sent to Associates, but there is no charge for payment by direct deposit or gift certificates.
- Direct deposit payments are completely secure and reach your bank account three to seven days faster than paper checks.

If your billing address is outside the United States, and direct deposit is, therefore, unavailable to you, we will waive the $10 fee.

 
Processing Fees

A 4% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions, including but not limited to donations and completed product transactions, which will be deducted prior to payments begin disbursed to you.
