Please read these rules ("Rules") before entering any iChurchnetwork Resume Writing ("Resume Writing contest"). By submitting any content to the Resume Writing contest ("Entry"), you agree to be bound by these Rules, as updated from time to time.

Entry in the iChurchnetwork Monthly Contest is free.

Until discontinued by iChurchnetwork, iChurchnetwork will offer a Resume Writing contest as discussed below. iChurchnetwork shall select winners based on meeting our criteria, and shall announce the winner on iChurchnetwork 's home page at the conclusion.

The "Contest Entry Period" for each iChurchnetwork resume writing runs from the 25th of August to September 15th or until the 20 person limit as been meet, which ever comes first.

The iChurchnetwork Resume Writing contest is offered to any individual entity who: (1) is a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Europe, Spain, Africa, China or Canada; (2) posts a profile on iChurchnetwork; and (3) submits an Entry as discussed below, during the Contest Entry Period.

This Contest is void outside the Countries and Regions mentioned above. This means that, for example, the province of Quebec, and overseas U.S. territories, possessions, commonwealths and military installations are not eligible. In addition, the Resume Writing contest is void wherever prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed

Employees, officers, directors, resellers, agents and representatives of iChurchnetwork and Uplift Life Foundation and anyone connected with the production, hosting and distribution of this Contest (collectively, "Contest Entities"), their immediate family members, and members of any of their households are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.

a. Create your profile on iChurchnetwork.

b. Provide your family and friends with your referral code and encourage them to join our site for free. Again, you only need 20 users to sign up, using your referral code.

c. Promote all of your student body or congregation to enroll onto our website. More importantly, to become your friend and select the applicable options under Friendship Type: "Member of congregation - contest" or "Member of University / School - contest"

d. Winners will be notified by email from iChurchnetwork after meeting the requirements of the Resume Writing contest.

e. iChurchnetwork 's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall also govern the Resume Writing contest. In case of any conflict these Rules shall prevail.

f. You need not create more than one profile. This Contest is entered only via the Internet and no other submissions by mail or otherwise will be considered.

By entering this Contest, you explicitly:

Certify that you meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in these Rules;

Grant to iChurchnetwork and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees, the unconditional and perpetual right and permission to copyright (as applicable), reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation), any Entry to a Resume Writing contest, including but not limited to: (1) the biographical information that you provide, including your name, city and state, image, voice, and likeness (except street address, telephone number and email address) (the "Likeness"); (2) your photograph as included in your profile; (3) any statements which you make about the Resume Writing contest, as well as any additional photographs, videos or statements relating to your participation in the Resume Writing contest; (3) the Entry (including all text, and photograph or video, as applicable) in all media throughout the world for any purpose and without limitation, including, but not limited to, online displays, television, cable, video productions, wireless applications and other media channels and applications; to be used for advertising, promotions, other contests sponsored by the iChurchnetwork without further consent (unless you are a resident of TN) or compensation, or otherwise where prohibited by law, and without additional review, compensation, or approval by you or any other party. In addition, you agree to irrevocably assign and transfer to iChurchnetwork and any contest sponsor any and all rights, title and interest in the content you provided iChurchnetwork as part of your contest submission, including, without limitation, all copyrights and moral rights in any email submitted as part of the Entry. In addition, you agree to grant iChurchnetwork and any contest sponsor the right to modify, adapt, sell, publish, use or not use the Entry in any way, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or later developed, without time, territorial limitations or compensation, except where prohibited by law, and you agree not to sue or assert any claim against iChurchnetwork for the use of the Entry or the use of your Likeness or statements made by your regarding the Resume Writing contest or your Entry.

Agree that iChurchnetwork, and any contest sponsor, or those acting on its behalf, may photograph and film you and use such photographs and film for all advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes and in all media, including, but not limited to, newspapers, magazines, online displays, television, cable, video productions, online access, wireless applications and other media channels and applications without further consent (unless you are a resident of TN) or compensation, except where prohibited by law;

Represent and warrant that you have the right to grant to iChurchnetwork the rights described above in the submitted Entry;

Each Entry will be judged by iChurchnetwork and the contest winners will be selected by iChurchnetwork, In scoring, iChurchnetwork will consider:

First 20 members to achieve this requirement will win.

Contest administration and verification will be supervised by iChurchnetwork. All decisions are final. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Rules.

Those wishing to enter iChurchnetwork Resume Writing contest are solely responsible for accessing the correct websites and for all costs or charges involved in accessing the websites. iChurchnetwork and any contest sponsors shall not have any liability for any lost, late, illegible, misdirected, incomplete or garbled entries, for incomplete capture of Entry information, for any technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, virus contamination, network, human error, electronic malfunctions, or any other problems; or for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason. All Entries become the property of iChurchnetwork and shall not be acknowledged or returned. iChurchnetwork shall have no liability for damage caused to entrant's or any other person's/entity's computer hardware, software or communications network, regardless of cause.

iChurchnetwork reserves the right to terminate/cancel or modify the Resume Writing contest or to disqualify any entrant if, in iChurchnetwork 's sole judgment, it determines that the integrity or fairness of the Contest has been, or could be, compromised or that the Contest is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention (hacking), fraud, technical failures, force majeure or any other cause.

By entering a Resume Writing contest, each entrant explicitly releases, discharges and holds harmless iChurchnetwork, its contest sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs injuries, losses or damages of any kind, in law or equity, which he/she now has or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of his/her participation in a Resume Writing contest, including the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize (including, without limitation claims, costs, injuries, death, damage to or destruction of a property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). Neither iChurchnetwork nor any contest sponsor shall be responsible for any printing or any typographical errors associated with any Resume Writing contest. Except where prohibited by law, by entering a Resume Writing contest, each entrant hereby waives any right he/she may have to a trial by jury and agrees that any and all disputes, claims, actions and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Resume Writing contest or the prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules and other documents shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, according to the provisions of the Terms of Use.

By accepting a prize, winner waives the right to:
Assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize; and
Claim any liability (including attorney's fees and costs) which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize (including any travel related thereto).

iChurchnetwork makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning the Resume Writing contest or any prize and disclaims any express or implied warranty, including the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The right to receive the prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitution, transfer, or exchange will be allowed except by iChurchnetwork who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of the prize. A prize or prize notification that is returned as undeliverable will disqualify the winner and an alternative winner may be chosen by iChurchnetwork in its sole discretion.

If any provision of this Contest shall be deemed to violate any federal, state, provincial or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes are each winner's responsibility; the value of the prize will be treated as ordinary income to prize recipient for income tax purposes and an IRS Form 1099 for the year 2009 will be sent to winners of prizes valued over $600.
